How do you prioritize your projects?
Funding directs the priority. Donors can select how their funds are assigned therefore, as soon as a project is funded, it is scheduled.
How are projects decided upon?
We do not seek out projects. We wait to receive a request, ensure that it is complete then discuss, approve or deny it at our board meeting and post it on our website for fundraising.
Is there a criteria to an approved project?
Community participation and help with fundraising from the requester are the two major means of getting an approved project.
